WEATHERIZATION CREW MEMBER POSITION AVAILABLE

Weatherization Crew Member should be able to perform general home weatherization repairs as directed by the WAP Supervisor and WAP Program Manager and complete paperwork and database input as required by State and Federal regulations.    

1. Practice safety precautions and concerns.

2. Be knowledgeable in the application of various insulation materials. 

3. Be knowledgeable in the application of various weather-stripping and caulking materials. 

4. Have the ability to repair/replace glass, doors, windows and storm doors.  

5. Be able to perform other weatherization repairs as required. 

6. Practice proper use and care of tools, equipment and other weatherization materials. 

7. Follow and abide by the rules of conduct for weatherization members.

8. Complete monthly reports and database input. 

9. Performs other assigned duties at the direction of the Executive Director. 

1. Should have some general knowledge and experience in home construction. 

2. MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish-English)

3. Basic computer knowledge.
