No. You must bring one of the following items listed on the requirement form. If you're receiving DES benefits try requesting a copy of your document on file. 


No. Make sure you bring all of the required documentation each time you come in and apply for services.


Yes. Copies must be legible.


If you are seeking utility assistance you can always download our application and send it in by mail, email, or fax with supporting documents. In order to apply for other services you must come in a vehicle to sit and wait for your interview.


No. The only assistance provided by appointment is Tax preparation assistance. All other services are provided on assistance dates. Please refer to our assistance calendar.


No. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 no home visits are being performed at this time.


No. All income must be from the originating source. 


Yes. Masks must be worn at all times when visiting our sites. If you can't stay and need utility assistance please download our mail in application under Utility Assistance on our home page. 


No. All documents must be printed out and brought in on assistance dates. We are unable to print or access any of your documentation at any of our sites. 


No. We must have award letters for any source of income for the year you are applying in. Please contact the Social Security office or login to ssa.gov to access or retrieve a copy of the current benefit award letter.

Mask Policy and Interview Requirements

Effective July 1, 2021

To ensure our employees health and security, as well as the safety of our applicants, SouthEastern Arizona Community Action Program has implemented the following policy in order to apply for services in person:


All applicants must wear masks at all times while at any of our sites.


All applicants must remain in their vehicles while waiting for their interview.


Only the applicant will be allowed to come in during the interview. 

(Children of any age can't be present)
