Weatherization Program

What services does it provide?

Weatherization provides energy efficient, cost effective measures for single family homes, mobile homes, and multi-family housing (townhomes, duplexes, apartment complexes), for low-income residents. 


What is done to my home?

Measures include but not limited to:

*Insulation

*Weather-stripping

*Installing smoke/carbon monoxide detectors

*Testing, tuning, and maintaining heating and cooling systems

*Replacing light bulbs for energy efficient ones 

*Address health and safety concerns throughout the home

Mask Policy and Interview Requirements

Effective July 1, 2021

To ensure our employees health and security, as well as the safety of our applicants, SouthEastern Arizona Community Action Program has implemented the following policy in order to apply for services in person:


All applicants must wear masks at all times while at any of our sites.


All applicants must remain in their vehicles while waiting for their interview.


Only the applicant will be allowed to come in during the interview. 

(Children of any age can't be present)
