To apply for utility assistance the household must have home energy costs. SEACAP utility assistance is comprised of multiple funding sources that households may be eligible for. Eligibility is determined by customer needs and availability of funding.
Customer household must provide documentation to determine eligibility. Documentation must be presented for all members of the household at a face to face interview or included in your mail-in-application.
